As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for assisting our chefs with their daily tasks.
You will be responsible for taking orders, preparing food, and delivering to customers.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail, as well as the ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace in a stressful environment.
This is an on the job, full-time position.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Deliver food orders to customers; prepare orders for customers based on customer preferences and preferences in regards to food style.
Communicate with management about any changes in customers' preferences or needs.
Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and tasks performed during service hours.
Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food service.
Stock inventory as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Check in out of all service areas and maintain cleanliness at all times.
Assist management with any other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; one year of experience in food service preferred.
Able to stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day during service hours; able to lift up to 30 lbs.
; have one year of experience working in a fast-paced environment; have one year of experience using an order taker; have one year of experience using an order taker machine; have one year of experience using an order taker machine gun.
