Job Description:
Tea Station is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Baristas.
As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our customers by crafting exceptional handcrafted teas and simple finger food items while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve handcrafted teas and food items according to customer specifications.
Take customer orders with a friendly and patient demeanor.
Operate the credit card and cash register system efficiently and accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized working environment by regularly cleaning tea pots, ice machines, sealing machines, and other equipment.
Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the store's kitchen, bar area, restroom, and floors.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Assist in restocking inventory and supplies as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
A willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide quick and efficient service to customers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
